We will focus on what’s changing in your life and how it’s impacting you. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and emotions in traditional talk therapy with some coaching and CBT influences. We will identify strengths and opportunities and leverage possibilities in the challenging parts of the situation. Solution-focused therapy approaches to build confidence and tackle uncertainty may also provide benefit.
